Keith Cox Keith is the co-founder of Pacific Catch restaurants and currently serves as its CEO. Keith also co-founded and conceived of World Wrapps restaurants, a Nation's Restaurant News Hot Concept Winner, and served as its CEO and CFO. Keith oversaw the growth of World Wrapps to a 30+ store chain of gourmet, innovative, quick serve restaurants. After leading the search for a seasoned restaurant executive to take over as CEO of World Wraps, Keith went on to co-found and serve as Managing Director of Brainstorm Ventures, a seed venture capital and early stage investment fund that invested in companies such as Zappos.com and Opentable. Keith currently also serves as a Managing Partner at Resort Equities, a shared ownership resort real estate company. Keith's previous experience included that of financial consultant at Deloitte & Touche and strategic management consultant at Booz-Allen & Hamilton. Keith obtained BAs in Business Economics and Sociology at UC-Santa Barbara and his MBA at Stanford University. |
