Randy Sarbaugh Randy Sarbaugh joined Pacific Catch in early 2008 as Executive Sous Chef soon after the 9th Street location opened. Randy was born in Indio, CA but moved to Honolulu, Hi when he was two years old. He spent his days as a kid surfing and skateboarding. While attending Kalani High he started his restaurant career washing dishes at California Pizza Kitchen where over five years he worked his way up to station trainer. In 1995 Randy moved to San Francisco and continued working for CPK for three more years. Randy gained his fine dining experience at many notable restaurant here in San Francisco including Washington Square Bar & Grill, Chez PaPa, Baraka and Universal Cafe just to name a few. When Randy is not in the kitchen he loves spending time outdoors with his wife, family and friends, either riding his bike around the city or walking on the beach. |
